We accept credit card payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We also accept cashier's checks or money orders (see below). Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or ship COD.
How to Order
Search through our site by viewing items by category or use the convenient search feature. Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, click on "Add to Cart" to add the item to your shopping cart. This will bring you to your shopping cart where you can revise the quantity. You can then click the "Keep Shopping" button to continue shopping or click the "Checkout" to proceed to the checkout where you will enter your shipping and payment information. Once you have completed the order you will receive an order number and a confirmation via email.
If you prefer to not order online, you can mail or fax your order to us. Simply go through the online order process, and then choose "FAX/Mail" as your payment option. Complete the checkout process, and then print out your order confirmation page. You will also receive an order number and a confirmation via email.
You can then FAX (make sure you include your credit card information), or mail your payment to us (make sure you include a cashier’s check, money order or your credit card information), with a copy of your order confirmation page. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or ship COD.
Continental US Shipping Charges
All regular orders are shipped either UPS ground or Priority Mail unless you specify otherwise. Sample orders are mailed by US Mail with no shipping charges added. Bedding items must be shipped UPS Ground only.
If you choose Next Day or 2nd Day Air, remember that most orders will actually ship the next business day after your order is placed. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot always guarantee a specific delivery date. In the rare instance when an item is out of stock, we will inform you immediately and ask how you would like to proceed.
Should your order exceed 150 pounds, a message will be displayed indicating "Shipping charges may be added to your order". You will be contacted via email or telephone with a revised order total including the shipping charges.
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
International Shipping Charges
Currently, the only destination TeamsIllustrated.com ships to outside of the United States is Canada. Canadian orders are sent via UPS Standard Delivery to Canada, which must be chosen during checkout.
Shipments to addresses in Texas are charged 7.25% Sales Tax plus MTA or local taxes that may apply. All other locations are shipped tax-exempt.

If you receive merchandise that is either damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we will replace it for you immediately at no charge. Contact us and explain the problem and we will inform you how to proceed. We cannot be responsible for any labor associated with installing defective products. You should always thoroughly inspect all wallpaper, borders and other products before installing.
If you decide you would like to return merchandise for any other reason (ie. Changed mind or purchased too much) there will be a 30% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. We cannot accept returns of single rolls or cut rolls of wallpaper. Samples may not be returned. Returned merchandise must be in unopened original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
After you have contacted us and receive a return authorization number (RA#), simply send your return to us at the address below. We suggest using UPS or Insured US Mail. Include a copy of your original order and your credit card information so we can properly credit your account. Put your RA# on the outside of the package.

Privacy & Security
Please note that sometimes the color and/or configuration of our images may be varied by printer and monitor. We recommend purchasing a sample, when available, for best color matching results.
Terms of Sale
Purchaser must be acquiring the Products for end use and not for resale. Purchaser agrees that no order shall be deemed to have been accepted unless and until it is verified and accepted by TEAMS ILLUSTRATED, which may be by means of shipment of Products. TEAMS ILLUSTRATED reserves the right to reject orders at its discretion. TEAMS ILLUSTRATED reserves the right to ship ordered items at different times in the event that such items are not available at the same time.
